Najwa Hsaiky
Founder
Dr. Najwa Hsaiky is a specialist in Arabic language and literature, holding a Ph.D. and a Certificate of Educational Proficiency from the Lebanese University. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has served as an Arabic Language Coordinator at George Masoud Public School and has further enhanced her expertise through the PCELT from Amideast, along with other professional certifications. She has contributed to the development of Arabic language curricula and textbooks for intermediate and secondary schools in the UAE, and has participated in educational publications. Dr. Hsaiky is also a researcher in esoteric and philosophical studies, with publications such as Gnosticism According to Sami Makarem and The Ideological Structure of the Esoteric Novels.
Randa Al Abaza
Teacher
Holds a degree in English Literature and brings over 20 years of experience teaching English. She has also spent four years working in film translation, adding a practical, cross-cultural dimension to her language expertise. For the past 4 years, she has specialized in teaching Arabic as a second language online with Arabic Worldwide, helping learners build confidence and fluency. She currently serves as the English Language Coordinator at Ishraq School, combining strong academic leadership with a passion for effective, student-centered learning.
